Founded by a passionate entrepreneur, these branches focus on ensuring happy families and caregivers.
 
The Marketing & Community Liaison is responsible for generating new business, cultivating  referral relationships and increasing awareness of our services in the local community. This role focuses on sales growth through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship 
management with healthcare professionals, facilities, and families. 
Primary Responsibilities 
·         Identify and pursue new client and referral opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community involvement
·         Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, Assisted living/memory care 
          facilities, senior centers, physicians, discharge planners, home health, and hospice agencies
·         Educate referral partners on how our services enhance their workflows and improve outcomes for the clients they refer
·         Conduct in-home consultations, assessments, home safety inspections, and assist in onboarding new clients
·         Collaborate with the agency team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
·         Daily tracking and reporting of sales activities and results using CRM tools
·         Participate in community events, expos, and marketing campaigns to promote agency visibility
·         Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by leadership
·         Support owner with new sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives
·         Weekly social media posts
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development required (home care or healthcare industry preferred) 
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the local market and referral sources a plus 
• Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and WellSky Personal Care preferred
