This role is primarily remote, with the option for occasional in-office collaboration to enhance team cohesion and professional development. As part of our outpatient program, you will partake in a digital platform that enables seamless communication, case management, and scheduling. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and interviews, gathering critical psycho-social data from clients and their families to inform treatment planning.
  • Organize, maintain, and update client files in compliance with the Washington Administrative Code, ensuring an efficient and professional record-keeping system.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized crisis intervention and treatment plans that leverage their strengths and address their unique challenges.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary consultations with psychiatrists, ARNPs, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
  • Offer referrals to specialized services or community programs, ensuring clients receive holistic support that extends beyond our practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals, families, and couples facing an array of mental health challenges. Our patient population ranges from adults dealing with trauma and anxiety to adolescents struggling with substance use disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their circumstances, promoting mental health recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A valid full license from the Washington State Department of Health upon hiring.
  • Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant counseling experience in an integrated healthcare setting, ideally with exposure to primary care services.
  • Demonstrated skills and/or specialized training in family therapy, addiction counseling, and trauma-informed care.
  • At least one year of experience in substance use disorder treatment within the last five years, or successful completion of an internship in this specialty.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a trauma-informed care framework, understanding the impact of early life experiences on mental health.
  • Proficiency using electronic health records and telehealth platforms to facilitate treatment.
  • Specialized training in treating adolescents and families impacted by substance use disorders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
