Job Summary:

A Community Marketing Outreach Officer promotes andfacilitatesthe sale of real property in Baltimore City. The work of this class involves no supervisory responsibilities.

Incumbents receive moderate supervision from a technical superior. Employees in this class work a conventional work schedule and occasionally may work evenings and weekends. Work is performed in an office or in the community where there is minimal exposure to environmental hazards. Work requires minimal physical exertion.

MinimumQualifications:

On or before the date of filing the application, each candidate must:

Education:Haveabachelor'sdegree from an accredited college or university.

AND

Experience:Havefour years of experience in marketing and sales, or coordination of community development projects and programs.

OR

Equivalency Notes:Have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licenses, Registrations, and Certificates:Have a valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver's license or an equivalent driver's license and eligible to obtain a Baltimore City driver's permit.PROVISIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSEOR LEARNER PERMITSARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
