Company Overview:

We are a locally owned and operated HOA Management Company in San Antonio Texas. We manage Homeowners Associations in the San Antonio and surrounding areas. Our dedicated staff provide excellent customer service to the HOA’s we manage to ensure the neighborhoods not only look nice but also retain the highest resale value on their homes. Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager interacts with DAMC Managers, other company departments, and homeowners daily to complete a multitude of tasks that arise.

Personality Characteristics:

We are looking for a dynamic individual. One who is a self-starter with a positive “can do” attitude. One who can correspond well, both verbally and written and can multitask to excel in meeting the challenges that each day brings.

List of Responsibilities:

· Provide assistance to Association Managers.

· Answer phone calls from homeowners making inquiries.

· Assist with preparing and mailing out meeting notices and other correspondence to homeowners.

· Attend Annual Meetings with Association Manager.

· Update websites for Association Manager by adding content and documents.

· Process and mail inspection letters.

· Scanning and archiving documents.

· Take mail to post office as scheduled.

· Any other task as assigned.

List of Job Requirements:

· 2 years- experience working for an HOA Management Company, preferred but not required.

· Prior customer service experience.

· Strong work ethic with a great attitude and ability to work either individually or on a team.

· We will consider someone without the above experience if you are a dynamic individual who feels this type of work would be interesting and challenging and you have the aptitude to learn the processes.

This position has the potential for advancement to an Association Manager for those who have the desire to learn our processes and represent DAMC in that role.
