Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become a vital part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering exceptional dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults.   • Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.
Role Overview

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location
  • An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
  • Additional certifications as required, including CPR and DEA
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
