Job description

Putnam Farm is looking to add a Per Diem Front Desk Receptionist to our Team. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the information referral center for our residents, families, potential residents, staff, guests, community contacts, and others visiting the community. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist shall provide support for some computer processing duties as appropriate.
Responsibilities
  • Greets visitors immediately upon arrival
  • Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner
  • Offers refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors, where applicable
  • Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book.
  • Manages beauty and barber appointment book
  • Acts as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling telephone and/or cable problems, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.)
  • Keeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.
