The Role: As the Administrative Assistant you will be providing support to senior managers, team members in the behavioral health department, and other departments as well. Other tasks may include taking inventory, supply management, and distribution to agency locations.ย ย

No problem, you're here to not only provide support to your team but the clients as well.ย 
What we're looking for:ย Minimum of two years' experience in support staff functionsClinical office environment preferred but not requiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service, telephone, and email skillsAbility to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the jobAbility to handle confidential information appropriately, exercise independent judgment, and use discretion in the planning and performance of dutiesHold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
