Direct Support Professionals Needed

Windham County Home and Community Healthcare is looking for Direct Support Professionals for all shifts. Positions will provide support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a variety of programs.

Position requires hands-on care to assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, food preparation, transportation, and daily documentation.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of healthcare experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Smart-phone and tablet skills.
  • Background check and drug testing before hire.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including at different sites and programs as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED.
