Sales Executive - Entry Level job at City Wide Facility Solutions. Santa Rosa, CA.Objective

The Sales Associate is responsible for setting sales appointments (i.e. 5-10) and selling B2B building maintenance solutions. Work with the Sales team to learn the bid process and follow-up communications. Research key business opportunities for outreach by phone, mail, or email.

Essential functions

· Identify janitorial sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments.

· Sell City Wide services to potential prospects that results in $5,000 sales per month.

· Assist the sales team by providing product information, share sales ideas, gather competitive market data, and the development of sales quotes.

· Manage all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and use Emfluence program for email communication.

· Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information.

· Support sales initiatives to achieve goals through calling and email campaigns.

· Support the sales team by creating sales presentation, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts and competitor analysis.

· Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
