Job Details

We are looking for a driven Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of custom manufacturing projects from initial handoff through final delivery. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams while serving as the primary point of contact for industry-leading data center customers. What You'll Do
  • Project Leadership
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from sales handoff through final delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure projects remain on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project updates to internal teams and customers.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead customer meetings and manage technical submittals, approvals, and design revisions.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and exceptional project execution.
Commercial & Project Oversight
  • Monitor project scope and identify customer-driven changes or additional requirements.
  • Support change order documentation and ensure scope modifications are properly tracked before work begins.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including approvals, revisions, RFIs, and project records.
Technical Coordination
  • Review structural drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet applicable building codes, industry standards, and customer requirements.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. building codes and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project management experience within manufacturing, structural systems, or construction.
  • Experience supporting data center, structural steel, or industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with CAD, Revit, or similar engineering software.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Procore, or comparable systems.
