About the Role

We're looking for a team player and go-getter with an enthusiastic communication style and a genuine desire to grow and succeed. This role is the first impression many of our customers have of our company, so we need someone who takes pride in putting their best foot forward every time.


As our Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll conduct market research and handle email marketing campaigns to reach targeted potential customers. It's a fast-paced position that puts you at the center of the action — partnering closely with our sales team. This is a remote opportunity with access to our headquarters in Anniston, Alabama (just an hour's drive from Atlanta).


Core Responsibilities


  • Content Creation: Writing engaging text (copy) and designing layouts for newsletters, sales alerts, and email messages
  • List Management: Organizing email subscriber lists and grouping audiences so messages reach the right people
  • Campaign Execution: Scheduling and sending automated or one-time emails using software tools
  • Support the sales team by answering questions and providing backup as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
