Job Description:

We'relooking for a communications professional who combines analytical rigor with creative flair. This role will help develop and execute a global internal communications strategy that keeps employees across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and Mumbaiinformed, engaged, and aligned with the firm's business priorities, culture, and values. The ideal candidate is a proactive, intellectually curious communicator who thrives in a collaborative, global environment and is eager to learn about our business, our clients, and the asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communications Support: Collaborate onglobal internal communicationsinitiatives, helping to develop and execute communications plans that align with business goalswhile partnering closely with regional teams and external communications colleagues to ensure consistent, integrated messaging.

  • Content Development:Write and edit a range of content, including employee announcements, FAQs, intranet content, and web content that informs employees and strengthens the firm's reputation.

  • Global Town Halls:Lead the planning,coordinationand delivery of global town halls, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop agendas,messagingand supporting materials, while managing the technology and productionrequiredfor a seamless global broadcast.

  • Channel Management:Help manage internal communication channels, including the intranet, email newsletters,videos,collaboration platforms, and digital signage, ensuring content istimely, engaging, andaccessible.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership:Build strong relationships with colleagues across Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, regional communications teams, and business leaders to develop and delivertimely, consistent communications that support strategic priorities and align with the firm's broader messaging.

  • Research and Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape toidentifyopportunities forinternalengagement. Prepare analyses that support businessobjectivesand keep the team informed of relevant market developments.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyzethe effectiveness of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, compiling regular reports that measure impact,identifytrends, and inform future communicationsstrategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience:2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or PR, preferably in financial services or asset management.PreviousPR agency experience is a plus, as is experience supporting global organizations or working across multipleregions.

  • Communication Skills:Provenability todevelop and executeinternal communications strategies, witha track recordof delivering clear, engaging messaging that informs, aligns, and inspires employees.Experience collaborating across regions and partnering with internal and external communications teams is preferred.

  • Judgment and Collaboration:Demonstratedprofessionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Execution and Organization:Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, English, or a related writing-intensive discipline is preferred.

  • Tools and Software:Proficiencywith Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
