What You Will Be doing: 

  • Tailoring Solutions: Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products 
  • Sales Delivery:  Finding opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and delivering on sales targets. 
  • Customer Engagement: Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers, and driving overall customer retention 
  • Brand Promotion: Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drive positive outcomes and support team and business goals. 
  • Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer focused upselling, consistently contributing to overall store performance 
  • You can quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment. 
  • You can provide minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times. 

To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal/credit background check and ID verification. Previous employment verification may be required depending on the role.
