Our client is seeking a Senior Communication Specialist to support executive leadership operations. This role is critical in driving high-impact leadership meetings, synthesizing business insights, and developing executive-ready communications that enable informed decision-making across a large, complex organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end curation of content for recurring leadership, stakeholder, and organizational meetings
  • Gather and synthesize organizational health data, success metrics, business performance, and strategic priorities into concise executive-ready insights
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging for leadership meetings, organizational updates, announcements, and business reviews
  • Connect information across teams and functions to provide leaders with a holistic view of priorities, dependencies, risks, and opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to proactively identify topics and validate messaging
  • Anticipate emerging topics, business risks, and organizational trends for leadership forums
  • Create high-quality presentations, executive summaries, talking points, dashboards, and reports
  • Support executive meetings including VP/SVP/EVP Leadership Meetings, All Hands, Roundtables, MBRs, QBRs, Leadership Offsites, and Workshops
