The Rhetoric and Communication Studies Department will accept applications on an ongoing basis from individuals interested in assignments teaching part-time.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide instruction in a full range of courses including fundamentals of Public Speaking, Introduction to Communication Theory, Intercultural Communication, and Argumentation and Debate.
Required Qualifications
Adjunct faculty candidates must have a Master's degree in Communication Studies from a regionally-accredited institution with teaching experience at the collegiate level.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching.
