Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, reports, and databases

- Develop and maintain databases to track market and industry data

- Create reports and presentations to communicate research findings to management and other stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions
