This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional looking to grow their career with an organization committed to innovation, customer partnerships, and long-term success.

If you have 2–5 years of medical device, healthcare, or business-to-business sales experience and enjoy developing new business while supporting healthcare professionals, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll drive revenue growth by developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and serving as a trusted resource for hospitals and healthcare providers throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed territory sales goals.
  • Develop strategic plans to grow market share across the region.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new hospital and healthcare accounts.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, educational programs, and customer training.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, nurses, supply chain teams, and hospital leadership.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and clinical education.
  • Assist with operating room and clinical case coverage when appropriate.
  • Present clinical and economic value propositions to healthcare stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales activity, and forecasting.
  • Partner closely with internal sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of successful medical device sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills.
  • Experience selling into hospitals, healthcare systems, IDNs, or GPOs is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel regularly throughout the South Central territory.
Why Join?
  • Opportunity to represent innovative medical technology.
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped incentive compensation.
  • Full slate of benefits offered as a W-2 full time employee.
  • Comprehensive onboarding and training.
  • Strong leadership with excellent career growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where high performers are recognized and rewarded.
