Description
Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team in the demolition and environmental industry. As one of the largest demolition contractors in North America, Trifecta continues to expand throughout the NC and VA markets and is looking for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role is ideal for a driven individual who can successfully manage both pre-construction estimating and project execution from initiation through completion. The Estimator / Project Manager will play a key role in business development, client relationships, operational planning, and overall project success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Attend bid walks, site visits, and pre-bid meetings to gather critical project information
  • Analyze bid documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate and competitive estimates and proposals
  • Prepare and submit estimates, proposals, and RFP responses in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing communication, project updates, and contract negotiations
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and "last-look" opportunities to support continued business growth
  • Oversee active projects while maintaining visibility into schedules, manpower, budgets, and operational progress
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project goals, resources, and scheduling needs
  • Utilize industry-specific technology and software for estimating, project management, tracking, and reporting
  • Promote and maintain a safety-first culture by ensuring company safety policies and procedures are communicated and followed on every project

  • Proven experience in estimating, project management, or a similar leadership role within the demolition, environmental, or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of project management principles including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
