What Will You Do?
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and procurement depts. to deliver the project to customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.
    • Monitor project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, taking into consideration lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.
    • Manage the entire project life cycle:
    - Project Planning:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    o Execution & Monitoring:
    • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
    • Track project milestones and deliverables.
    • Identify and mitigate risks.
    o Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
    o Resource Management:
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
    o Reporting:
    • Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.
    • Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to scope defined in kick off meeting.
  • Hybrid position after 90 days. Onsite 4 days a week. 1 day work from home.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...
  • Sitting for long periods of time working on a computer /talking over the phone
    • Ability to go to customer worksite if need be.
    • Standing for long periods of time

Your Experience Should Be...
Bachelor's degree in business/engineering preferred.
• 5 + years of project management experience
• Working knowledge of packaged portable, industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc.
• Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.
