Overview Join a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare technology organization where you'll lead impactful internal communications that support change management and employee training initiatives. This fully remote contract role is ideal for a detail-oriented established communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and excels at partnering with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies related to change management and LMS training programs.
  • Serve as a proactive self-starter able to identify issues and address them promptly.
  • Manage multiple overlapping project plans concurrently with attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and follow up diligently regarding bandwidth and work reporting to two supervisors.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure LMS (Compliance Wire) training initiatives are successfully communicated and executed.
  • Utilize MS Office (Outlook & Teams), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint skills effectively.
  • Support communication efforts in a medical device industry environment (industry experience not required).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in communications, change management, or related field
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, specifically Compliance Wire
  • Solid skills in MS Office (Outlook & Teams), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
