Established in 2021, Mettle Marketing is a start-up marketing firm for local companies in the Phoenix area! Our newly trained and educated marketing team take on Phoenix in the marketing and advertising world. Mettle offers its services to smaller and local companies so that they are able to get their brands out there and compete fairly with larger brands.

We are looking for competitive and entrepreneurial candidates to fill our Entry Level Positions in Marketing, Sales, Fundraising, Management Training and Customer Service.

Account Executives will work directly on our events based fundraising campaigns

Account Executives will receive training on sales, fundraising and all other aspects of business to be able to exceedย 

Account Executives will get the opportunity to cross train in multiple departments including HR, Social Media, Leadership training
