You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your branding work and visual identity projects, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and composition. We're looking for someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate design concepts clearly. You should be receptive to feedback and eager to learn and grow as a designer.
