Operating with the flexibility of a small firm, but with a big reach, Method is a full-service architecture firm specializing in tenant finish and ground-up projects encompassing public, corporate, industrial, breweries/distilleries and retail.



Position Overview

Our internship program in Houston, Austin, Dallas and San Antonio allows undergrad and graduate students to work on projects related to the architecture and interior design field. Interns will be working alongside project teams using Revit, AutoCAD and 3D rendering/visualizations software to help space plan and design a project. With exposure to real life projects, interns are able to gain firsthand, professional work experience.

Requirements

  Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3d rendering/visualization software
  • Experience with AI (ex. CoPilot, Chat GPT, etc), Teams, and Planner a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to multitask and balance multiple projects
  • Participate in project site visits, including active construction sites, as required for the role. 


Formal Education

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Architecture or related field
