A Communication Design Intern assists in creating visual and written content that effectively conveys messages to target audiences. They work closely with design teams to develop graphics, layouts, presentations, and digital assets for branding, marketing, or informational purposes. Interns often use tools like Adobe Creative Suite and may participate in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and project reviews. This collaborative environment encourages learning and growth, as interns receive constructive input to refine their design skills and adapt to the company’s visual standards.

Whether your experience comes from coursework, personal projects, internships, or self-directed learning, we're interested in someone who is eager to grow, contribute fresh ideas, and continuously improve the digital experience for our clients and program participants. Serve2Perform values creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn over years of professional experience.
