Job Description We are seeking a dynamic HR Employer Branding Intern who will support our HR team by enhancing our employer brand through strategic communications and creative projects. He/She/They will collaborate on a variety of initiatives focusing on promoting the company's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development, ideation, and execution of employer branding strategies and activations to attract and engage top talent and strengthen internal workplace culture.

  • Create and design digital content, including social media posts and graphics, that reflects the company's brand identity and employer value proposition.

  • Write and edit engaging content for various platforms, such as the company website, newsletters, and blogs.

  • Support project management efforts by coordinating branding campaigns and events and tracking their impact and success.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promoting the company culture and values.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
