Franchise Business Consultant (FBC)
Houston & San Antonio/Austin Markets
Greer Administration Company, LLC
(A company supporting Regional Development services within The Joint Chiropractic brand in Texas)
Full-Time | Field-Based | Home Office Based (Houston, TX)
About Us
Greer Administration Company supports more than 140 franchised The Joint Chiropractic clinics across Texas. Our mission is to help franchise owners build thriving businesses by improving operational excellence, developing leaders, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.mAs our network continues to grow, we're looking for a Franchise Business Consultant who is passionate about coaching people, improving businesses, and helping franchisees succeed.
About the Role
The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) serves as a trusted business partner to franchise owners and clinic leadership teams throughout the Houston market, with periodic travel to Austin and San Antonio. • 20-30% working from your home office completing planning, reporting, follow-up, and virtual meetings.

Candidates must reside in the Houston metropolitan area and be willing to travel throughout the territory, including periodic overnight travel to Austin and San Antonio.
What You'll Accomplish
Improve Business Performance
Partner with franchise owners to improve clinic performance through data-driven coaching and operational excellence.
Success includes:
  • Improving key business metrics
  • Increasing patient acquisition and retention
  • Improving conversion rates

Drive Operational Excellence
Evaluate in-clinic operations with regular visits and identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and patient experience.

You'll help clinics:
  • Execute brand standards
  • Improve workflows
  • Solve operational challenges
  • Implement best practices
  • Build sustainable systems
Support Growth
Partner with franchisees during:
  • New clinic openings
  • Grand openings
  • Training initiatives
  • Bi-annual business reviews
  • Regional meetings
  • Leadership development programs
Build Strong Relationships
Develop trusted partnerships with franchise owners through consistent communication, follow-through, and proactive support.
Protect the Brand
Help ensure every clinic delivers a consistent patient experience while maintaining operational excellence and brand standards.
What Success Looks Like
You'll know you're successful when:
  • Franchisees view you as a trusted advisor.
  • Clinic leaders become stronger and more self-sufficient.
  • KPIs improve across your territory.
  • Patient experience scores increase.
  • Operational consistency improves.
  • Clinics require less reactive support and more strategic coaching.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of multi-unit operations, franchise operations, healthcare operations, or business consulting experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and coach improvement
  • Exceptional leadership coaching and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with The Joint Chiropractic
  • Multi-unit healthcare operations
  • Franchise business consulting
  • Leadership development experience
  • Experience facilitating training and workshops
  • Experience improving business performance through coaching
  • AC Inc. FBC training a plus
Core Competencies
We're looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Leadership Coaching
  • Operational Excellence
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Relationship Building
  • Accountability
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Problem Solving
  • Adaptability

  • Professional development opportunities
Why Join Our Team?
You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple businesses, helping franchise owners and their teams grow stronger while shaping the future of one of the nation's fastest-growing healthcare franchise systems.
Please provide a Cover Letter that answers the following questions:
  • Describe your experience working in multi-unit operations, franchise operations, healthcare operations, or business consulting. How many years, and what did that role involve day-to-day?
  • This role is about coaching franchise owners and clinic leaders rather than directly managing staff. Can you share an example of a time you helped a business owner or leader improve performance through coaching, rather than by stepping in and doing it yourself?
  • This position requires you to live in the Houston area and travel throughout your territory (roughly 70-80% of your time in the field), including periodic overnight trips to Austin and San Antonio. Are you currently based in the Houston metro area, and are you able to commit to this travel schedule?
