Job description

About True Ventures Group

True Ventures Group is a multi-brand healthcare holding company. Our brands include True Care, a licensed home care agency serving Medicaid and private pay clients in New York City and Westchester; Pod Health, a Medicare telehealth and chronic care management platform operating in New York, Florida, and Colorado; and Andrea's Angels, a home care and IHSS provider serving Denver and Northern Colorado.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Communications Associate to join our growth marketing team. This is a great fit for someone one to three years into their career, or a recent graduate, who wants hands-on experience across B2B, internal, and consumer-facing marketing at a fast-growing healthcare company. You'll work across all three TVG brands, writing and executing communications that reach caregivers, patients, referral partners, and internal staff.

You'll spend a lot of your time in HubSpot and working alongside AI tools, including Claude, to plan and produce content quickly and well. If you haven't used a marketing automation platform before, that's fine. We'll train you. What matters more is that you're a strong writer, you're organized, and you're comfortable learning new tools.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage email campaigns, lists, and workflows in HubSpot
  • Write B2B messaging for referral partners and business audiences
  • Repurpose our existing blog content into B2B email and nurture streams
  • Write internal communications for staff and caregivers
  • Write consumer-facing content for patients and families across our brands
  • Develop direct mail campaigns from concept through production
  • Write and manage SMS campaigns
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to build content plans and draft content
  • Keep messaging consistent with each brand's voice and guidelines
  • Track campaign performance and report on results
  • Support the broader marketing team on ad hoc projects as needed

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate with strong writing samples
  • Excellent writing skills. You should be able to shift tone across audiences, from a referral partner email to a caregiver text message
  • Comfort using AI tools like Claude for content planning and drafting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Basic design skills, with working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, to build and format email headers, footers, and graphics

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
  • Experience with direct mail or SMS marketing
  • Interest in healthcare, home care, or Medicare

Why TVG

You'll get real ownership early. This role touches every brand we operate and every audience we speak to, which means fast exposure to the full range of marketing work. You'll learn HubSpot inside and out, get practical experience with AI-assisted content production, and work directly with the VP of Growth Marketing on strategy, not just execution.
