Responsibilities and Impact:
Develop an understanding of the company's products and strategy
Help execute powerful communications strategies that manage change, create engagement, and support a positive and productive organizational culture
Help identify internal communications opportunities and elevate communications
Implement new internal programming and communications that furthers employee engagement, strengthens the Technology culture, fosters connections across teams and enables employees to action our company values
Help execute holistic communication strategies for employee programs and initiatives (e.g., People Team,)
Assist with developing impactful content using a variety of tactics (videos, visuals, etc.) that increases leader visibility and align with a company culture that values our diverse team members
Format email communications, post intranet articles, format presentations and draft other communications as needed
Partner with our internal AI tools to streamline development of content
Maintain our content and email calendar that prioritizes a timeline of key messages, events and topics
Update communication channels and materials to ensure timeliness, effectiveness and assist with ongoing improvements as needed to ensure an optimal user experience
Collect and summarize metrics to report on program performance with the relevant stakeholders
Basic Required Qualifications:
English or Journalism degree, Technical Writing experience, Experience in writing and editing strategic communications, Experience with Intranet platforms, Moderate to High-Level PowerPoint Skills: Proficiency in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations, Experience in graphic design, video editing, Fluent MS Office
