Job description

About the Role
Thanks for your interest in the Success Academy Communications Team! We are a high-speed, mission-driven team that keeps staff, families, and scholars informed and engaged. As an organization that always has a new project to launch or a complex hurdle to overcome, we are looking for a Digital Communications Associate who is a fast, meticulous problem-solver.

You will own the communications sending process from start to finish. You'll serve as the final guardian of quality and innovation, ensuring our multi-channel content - email, text, web, and social - is accurate and impactful. If you are passionate about education and view clear, strategic communication as an essential pillar of organizational success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
The Digital Communications Associate will play a critical role in elevating, editing, and delivering best-in-class communications to ensure our audiences are well-informed and engaged.

  • End-to-End Execution: Own the delivery process for a high volume of digital communications, ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment with the Annual Communications Lifecycle.

  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to identify process efficiencies, generate content variations, and design best practices for automated workflows.

  • Content & Quality: Proofread, copy-edit, and format content across email, text, and web platforms with a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Brand Stewardship: Apply design principles to all communications to ensure a cohesive and professional brand identity.

  • Strategic Growth: Track key performance metrics, synthesize data into actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize communication strategy. Leverage common AI platforms such as Loveable, Claude, and Gemini to identify new communications process efficiencies and design best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital/written content management or communications.

  • Proficiency in digital design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and HTML/CSS).

  • Strong data literacy, with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

Required Traits:

  • A sense of ownership, proactivity, resourcefulness, and urgency.

  • Nimble go-getter energized by the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.

  • Attentive to detail and diligent about accuracy.

  • Proven quick learner and problem-solver.
