Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly and organized Communications Assistant to support day-to-day customer and team communications at our Los Angeles location. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working with people and supporting a busy pet grooming environment.


Responsibilities
  • Communicate customer requests and pet care instructions to grooming staff
  • Help prepare informational materials for customers
  • Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly experience
  • Assist with routine customer questions and service-related concerns
  • Support communication between the front desk and grooming team
  • Help maintain an organized and professional customer area
