Job Summary:

Team Supervisors need to be able to support operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge, all while embodying and promoting Love, Energy, and Food. Must be able to work alongside a diverse team and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The expectation of the Team Supervisor is to work alongside all Team Members during peak hours while providing direction, support, and reinforcement of best practices during their shift. This role is responsible for assisting in the execution of daily operations and ensuring standards are upheld in real time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited too):
  • Verify, and correct where necessary, that all products are stored and prepared based on Craft Food Halls standards.
  • Support the supervision of Team Members to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment for team members during shifts.
  • Assist in training team members on menu builds and operational standards.
  • Provide realtime coaching and feedback to team members to maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Escalate performance or operational concerns to Managers when necessary.
  • Partner with Managers to maintain clear and open communication.
  • Assist in creating an exceptional experience for all guests through active floor presence.
