Job description

Position
Raleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy is hiring a full-time, onsite Medical Assistant in Raleigh, NC to keep patient visits running smoothly and support our providers' clinical work. You'll help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient while maintaining accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Room and prepare patients for physician visits
- Administer injections and assist with in-office procedures (including scopes)
- Support pre-op and post-op care, patient education, and minor procedures
- Help start provider notes and facilitate patient communication
- Assist with appointment and procedure scheduling
Required skills/qualifications:
- Medical experience preferred; medical certification not required
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced clinic
- Ability to use iPads and EMR systems

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm. No weekends.

Throughout the day, you'll document care accurately, communicate updates with providers and team members, and wrap up by closing clinic.
