Reporting to the Communications Manager, this person will be instrumental in promoting EBC's mission, vision, values, and achievements across various platforms.   • Collaborate with the Director and Communications Manager to provide informed recommendations that enhance the company's internal and external communication strategies, publications, and tools.<\/span>

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive communication plans, including the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.

  • Champion EBC's brand identity by ensuring its consistent application across all communication channels and aligning messaging with the company's overall objectives and strategic plan.

      • Conceptualize, design, and adapt promotional materials, including managing EBC's online store and overseeing procurement and distribution processes.

        Requirements<\/h3>\n

        • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.

        • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.<\/b>

        • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Proven experience managing communication projects from concept to completion.
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong ability to develop engaging content for various platforms (website, intranet, social media, email, print).

        • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and intranet platforms.

        • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media best practices.
