Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Restaurant Server Assistant or Restaurant Busser include:
  • Table Maintenance: Promptly clearing used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables to ensure a clean and organized dining area.
  • Table Resetting: Setting tables with appropriate tableware, glassware, and linens for new guests.
  • Support to Servers: Assisting servers by refilling beverages, delivering food items, and responding to guest requests.
  • Cleaning Duties: Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area by sweeping floors, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.

What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Restaurant Server or Restaurant Busser includes:
