Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Bistro Server and Bistro Attendant include:
  • Greet customers and take orders efficiently.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Monitor customer alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.
  • Process payments via cash, credit card, or POS system.
  • Manage tabs and ensure accurate billing.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and simple menu items according to brand standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Bistro, dining area, beverage stations, and back-of-house areas.
  • Restock food, beverages, paper goods, and supplies throughout the shift.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and proper serving temperatures.

What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Bistro Server and Bartender:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
