DTC GROWTH STRATEGIST
A DTC Growth Strategist at CTC drives profitable growth for clients by translating raw financial data into precise marketing maneuvers. WHAT YOU'LL DO
STRATEGY & FORECASTING
  • Build and maintain growth forecasts in Statlas.
  • Align forecasts with marketing calendars, launches, and contribution margin goals.
  • Translate forecasts into daily/weekly pacing to ensure spend and performance remain within targets.

MEDIA EXECUTION
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, wile overseeing the management of Google, and YouTube (with expansion to TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
  • Lead creative diversification and media testing to profitably scale accounts.
  • Design and interpret incrementality tests (geo holdouts, conversion lift) and integrate results into iROAS modeling.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns quickly and pivot strategies when needed.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION & STORYTELLING
  • Serve as the primary growth partner for your accounts.
  • Communicate forecasts, results, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Lead weekly updates, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.

COLLABORATION & CONTRIBUTION
  • Contribute your learnings back into CTC's shared processes and tools.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, helping advance CTC's Growth Engineer framework.
Note: Pixel and feed health are managed by a separate floating ops resource. This role is focused on strategy, execution, and client outcomes.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Holding a book of business above agreed upon revenue targets
  • Retaining clients while guiding clients toward profitable growth
  • Consistently deliver forecasts within ±5% accuracy.
  • Grow Contribution Margin quarter over quarter
  • Grow media spend quarter over quarter at or above iROAS thresholds.
  • Run and apply incrementality tests that shape client investment decisions.
  • Demonstrate clear link between execution and contribution margin outcomes.
  • Earn client trust through clear communication, preparedness, and results.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 4-6 years in eCommerce growth marketing with direct account ownership.
  • Proven ability to manage $100K+/month in paid media spend.
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube; familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat.
  • Experience designing and interpreting incrementality tests.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in contribution margin, iROAS, and financial modeling.
  • High EQ and communication skills: trusted advisor, clear storyteller, resilient problem solver.
  • Curiosity and adaptability: thrive in ambiguity, learn fast, and share knowledge generously.

  • $120K - $150K base salary, annually
