Property Management is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to support the overall appearance and cleanliness of one of our apartment communities in Columbus, OH.   • Notify the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of any areas needing attention or repair
  • Assist with seasonal property needs, including pressure washing or minor exterior upkeep
  • Operate and maintain grounds equipment in an organized and responsible manner
  • Exhibit a professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members
