  • Own the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors/rock beds, leasing office area cleaning, parking lots, and weed control on the property
  • Recognize and report any unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns for repairs, and/or common area deficiencies
  • Assist in the preparation of market-ready units only on a needed/limited basis, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and/or minor touch-up cleaning.
  • Effectively communicate with fellow team members and supervisor
  • Provide 5-star customer service and represent the community in a professional manner
