To thrive as a Commodity Risk Manager, you need a solid understanding of financial markets, risk assessment, and commodity trading, typically backed by a degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Familiarity with risk management software, trading platforms, and certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) are highly valuable.
