Location: Houston, TX (training on site, then hybrid once fully trained)

Contract: 11/2/2026 – 11/1/2027 (Potential Extension or Permanent Placement)

Pay Rate: $40.37/HR, Paid Weekly

Shift Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST


Job Description
The Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities Operations (GFICCO) team provides end-to-end trade control, confirmation, and settlement support across GFICCO businesses. The team also delivers utility over-the-counter (OTC) derivative confirmation and settlement services for non-FICC businesses.

Within GFICCO, the Commodities Trade Control Team supports a broad range of services, including trade control, settlement, OTC derivative confirmation and settlement, and commodities operations.

The Commodities Trade Control Team is seeking a Trade Control Analyst to join its growing team. This role supports the expanding Global Commodities business across multiple products and instruments. Full technical training will be provided.

The position is desk-aligned and focuses on trade validation and reconciliation, trade amendments, regulatory and management reporting, process and risk improvement, and issue resolution.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to develop and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, and rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform trade validation by reconciling trades and ensuring accurate system booking.
• Process trade amendments to correct booking errors and maintain accurate trade records.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve trade breaks in partnership with Sales, Trading, and Operations teams.
• Support regulatory and management reporting activities as required.
• Contribute to process improvement, risk reduction, and control enhancement initiatives.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and support broader team priorities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
