  • This position will manager our surplus funds and the CEO's personal financial assets, providing strategic investment analysis, portfolio management, and data-driven recommendations to optimize returns and mitigate risk. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and
  • the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Korean, detail-oriented, and experienced in both
  • traditional and alternative investment strategies.
Job Description
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our company's surplus funds and the CEO's personal financial assets, ensuring a balanced and strategic allocation across asset classes including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments such as commodities.
  • - Investment Execution & Rebalancing: Execute investment strategies in alignment with capital market expectations and risk tolerance. Regularly rebalance portfolios to maintain target allocations and optimize performance amid changing market conditions.
  • - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate portfolio performance, benchmark results, and market indicators. Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • - Fundamental & Financial Analysis: Analyze corporate financial disclosures such as 10-Qs and 10-Ks to assess the financial health, growth potential, and valuation of investment opportunities.
  • - Market & Sector Outlook: Provide informed perspectives on economic
  • cycle forecasts, market trends, and sector-specific opportunities particularly in the IT and retail sectors to guide investment decisions and asset allocation adjustments.
  • - Alternative Investment Opportunities: Evaluate and recommend non traditional investments (e.g., commodities or structured products) to enhance portfolio diversification and returns.
  • - Capital Market Networking: Leverage relationships and industry insights from investment banks and wealth management firms (e.g., Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch) to access competitive financial products and secure favorable interest rates on low-risk assets such as CDs

Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics,Business Administration, or related field
  • - 5-8+ years of experience in investment analysis,portfolio management, or financial strategy
  • - Bilingual in English and Korean
  • - Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelingskills
  • - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • - High level of integrity, professionalism, and business
