  • Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers
  • Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners

What We're Looking For
  • Someone who is available to work Monday - Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact
  • Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
  • Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required
  • Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED

  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Employer-paid life insurance
  • Paid holidays and time off
  • 401(k) with company support
  • Discounts at theme parks, movie theaters, and more

If you've been searching for a role where your work has purpose-where you can be part of someone's success story-this could be the perfect fit.
Other job titles may include: DSP, warehouse job coach, Warehouse Associate, Direct Support Professional, & Caregiver.
