Position: Sales Consultant

General Duties May Include:

  • Understand that business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to guaranteeing it.
  • Identify each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening attentively.
  • Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including conducting test drives.
  • Deliver new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, and laying the foundation for customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Over one year of automotive sales experience.
  • Track record of exceeding automotive sales and customer service goals.
  • Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to follow up with customers and persist in building relationships.
  • Valid in-state driver's license with a clean, safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
