About the Role

The Commission Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of commission tracking, reconciliation, and payout for our sales and setter teams. This role ensures accuracy and transparency in compensation, supports team motivation, and plays a key role in maintaining financial clarity across departments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and track commission payouts based on job completion and payment status

  • Maintain and regularly update detailed commission tracking sheets (Google Sheets/Excel)

  • Reconcile discrepancies in job data, completion records, or payment documentation

  • Collaborate closely with sales, recruiting, finance, and operations teams

  • Clearly communicate payout timelines and expectations to team members

  • Support onboarding by walking new hires through the commission structure and process

  • Assist leadership with reporting, performance insights, and compensation analysis

  • Help build and refine scalable systems for tracking and managing compensation


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in commission processing, payroll, or financial administration
