Andersen Group Realty

Andover, MA

$65K - $196K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 12 days ago

Job description

Andersen Group Realty is a top-producing real estate team in Greater Boston, recognized as the #1 Keller Williams team in Massachusetts (2022–2023) with over $1B in closed sales and 1,300+ families served. We are hiring motivated real estate agents who want a clear path to consistent closings, strong training, and a six-figure income. This role is for agents who want structure, accountability, and volume. Not a solo, figure-it-out-yourself environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
  2. Host 2-3 open houses per week using our proven systems
  3. Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
  4. Convert in-person conversations into appointments and active clients
  5. Write and negotiate offers in competitive markets
  6. Follow defined scripts and workflows for lead intake and follow-up
  7. Work directly with leadership on deal strategy and execution

How You’ll Get Business:

We do not rely on cold calling lists or vague “networking.”

Our team runs open houses at scale:

  1. Up to 9 open houses per week across the team
  2. 1–2 meaningful conversations per open house
  3. 8–12 new buyer leads per agent per week, on average

This is face-to-face business with motivated buyers.

Training Support:

Every agent receives structured, in-person training, including:

  1. Required roleplay and scripting sessions in the office
  2. Weekly sales training every Wednesday
  3. Required in-office sales meetings focused on execution
  4. Step-by-step training on:
  5. Lead intake and appointment setting
  6. Buyer consultations
  7. Showing property the right way
  8. Selling yourself during the consult
  9. Offer strategy and negotiation

For your first three transactions, you work one-on-one with Sven Andersen, President CEO, with over 24 years of industry experience. You also receive full access to Keller Williams’ training library for top-producing agents.

Operational Support Provided:
  1. Listing Coordinator support
  2. Dedicated Transaction Coordinator handling contracts through close
  3. Marketing, design, and operational systems already in place

Your focus stays on clients and revenue-generating activity.

Compensation:
  1. Commission-based
  2. Average agent income: north of $165,000 per year
  3. Minimum performance expectation: 12 closed transactions per year

High performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed this.

Who This Is For:
  1. Licensed real estate agents
  2. Coachable, competitive, and comfortable speaking with people in person
  3. Agents who want structure, training, and accountability
  4. Professionals seeking long-term growth, not a side hustle

Who This Is Not For:
  1. Agents looking for a purely remote or hands-off role
  2. Those unwilling to work open houses
  3. Anyone not open to roleplay, and feedback to get better at their profession.

About Andersen Group Realty:
