Position Summary
This position is responsible for operating electromechanical soldering equipment used in the assembly of electronic circuit boards in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. The role includes machine setup, solder process monitoring, basic programming adjustments, equipment troubleshooting support, and maintaining IPC quality standards throughout production.
