This role is made for someone who understands the magic of turning a product story into irresistible, tappable, shoppable content across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll work at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and performance.

Responsibilities

Creative Concepting & Storyboarding

• Brainstorm and script short-form video concepts designed for TikTok Shop and other shoppable platforms
• Turn client products into viral-style stories, UGC-style demos, and irresistible hooks
• Collaborate with creators, editors, and paid media teams to bring creative visions to life

Shoppable Video Production

• Direct or oversee shoots (remote or in-studio) with a focus on product visibility and CTA clarity
• Integrate shoppable elements: product tags, CTAs, overlays, and platform-specific engagement tools
• Ensure every video is aligned with platform trends and client branding

Performance-Driven Iteration

• Analyze performance data (hook retention, watch time, click-throughs, conversions)
• Refine scripts and structures based on what’s converting—and what’s not
• Collaborate with media buyers to create multiple versions for A/B testing

Trendspotting & Platform Expertise

• Bring fresh, unconventional ideas that still drive bottom-line results
• Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts trends
• Identify sounds, styles, and formats with high potential for conversion

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in short-form video content, performance creative, or DTC storytelling
• Strong understanding of social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop
• Skilled in video scripting, shot planning, and directing for conversion
• Ability to blend brand voice with native platform style
• Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Bonus: background in copywriting, media buying, or e-commerce
