Are you an experienced Transmission Builder looking for a stable, high-volume shop where your skills are valued and your earning potential is uncapped? We are seeking a skilled professional who specializes in rebuilding transmissions and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

This position focuses exclusively on transmission rebuilding and assembly. No transmission R&R and no diagnostic responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions
• Diagnose internal transmission failures and determine repair needs
• Rebuild gear sets, clutch packs, valve bodies, and torque converters
• Follow manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with a team of automotive professionals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transmission rebuilding experience
• Proven track record of successful transmission rebuilds
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Stable work history preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented attitude
• Passion for the automotive industry
• Relocation candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation

• $40-$50 Flat Rate Hour
• $85,000-$100,000+ Annual Earning Potential
• Uncapped Commission Potential
• Weekly Pay
