Job description

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for AI-powered applications, AI agents, employee portals, and digital workplace solutions. The role will collaborate closely with the GenAI technical lead, product teams, and developers to deliver engaging, accessible, scalable, and business-focused digital experiences.

Required Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong experience in UI/UX Design and User-Centered Design (UCD)
  • Experience designing AI-powered applications, workflows, or digital products
  • Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, mockups, and design specifications
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components
  • Knowledge of user research and usability testing
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools
Preferred Experience
  • Experience designing data visualizations, dashboards, and analytics interfaces
  • Experience with AI agents, GenAI applications, employee portals, or digital workplace solutions
  • Basic understanding of front-end development and reusable UI components
