  • Client Assessment: Conduct intake assessments, review medical histories, and determine appropriate, safe treatment paths.

  • Modality Application: Utilize specialized techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, pain management, and relaxation approaches.

  • Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate SOAP notes and client treatment logs using our digital records system.

  • Clinic Operations: Learn and utilize the clinic's POS/booking system to check clients in/out, manage schedules, and review appointments.

  • Environment Upkeep: Keep your designated treatment room clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked according to health standards and clinic protocols.

  • Client Retention: Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and maintaining an active, returning client base.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active and valid license to practice massage therapy in North Dakota (required).

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program (minimum 500 hours completed).

  • Insurance: Proof of professional liability insurance.

  • Skills: Strong hands-on proficiency in deep tissue, Swedish, and targeted therapeutic pain relief modalities.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating tablet- or computer-based scheduling software and POS systems.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic, professional approach to client care.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive compensation (commission + tips).

  • Employee discounts on acupuncture, sauna, and recovery services.

  • Continuing education (CEU) assistance options.

  • Steady stream of booked clients provided by the clinic's dedicated marketing.

  • All hydraulic tables, high-quality linens, and premium lotions/oils supplied.
